Install

Pick the surface you use. Plugins run inside Claude Code, which is available in the terminal CLI, the desktop app on Mac and Windows, the web app at claude.ai/code, and the VS Code and JetBrains extensions. The slash commands are identical on every surface.

From inside any Claude Code session — terminal, desktop app, web app, or IDE extension:

Add the RBA Skills marketplace (only needed once per machine):

Install project-management:

/plugin install project-management@rba-ai-hub

Activate it without restarting:

Prefer to browse and click? Run /plugin inside Claude Code to open the interactive plugin manager. It looks the same in the desktop app, web app, terminal, and IDE extensions.

Open the plugin manager:

Press Tab to reach Marketplaces, choose Add, then enter rbaconsulting/rba-skills-plugin.
Press Tab again to Discover. Search for project-management, press Enter, and pick a scope (User, Project, or Local).
Run /reload-plugins to activate it.

If you have the Claude Code CLI installed and want to drive it from a normal shell prompt:

project-management

The day-to-day toolkit for an RBA project manager. Five skills that turn the project facts you already have — the SOW, the team, the dates — into the branded governance artifacts every engagement needs, formatted to RBA standards and ready to drop into the client's SharePoint project folder.

Authored by Kassie Gibbons (RBA Delivery) and ported from the RBA Brand Skills library.

All five emit a structured, labeled spec that Claude in Excel / Word builds into the formatted workbook or document. Brand tokens (navy #1D366D, aqua #14BADB, Montserrat / Libre Caslon) reference resources/rba-design-system.md rather than being duplicated per skill.

When to use it

Kickoff — run project-schedule-builder, budget-tracker-builder, raid-log-builder, and rasci-chart-builder together to baseline governance.
Weekly — update the schedule, budget tracker, and RAID log in the same session before the status report goes out.
Close — run project-closure-report within one week of final delivery, pulling the lessons tab from the RAID log.

These are document generators: they read inputs and write artifacts. None of them touch credentials, the network, or production systems.

How to install

Then invoke any skill by name, e.g. "build a project schedule for the Riverside engagement."
