What’s inside

- Modules 1–3 cover the fundamentals: accountability, prompt security, and data privacy
- Modules 4–5 address operational concerns: token and cost management and autonomous AI systems
- Modules 6–8 focus on people: client disclosure, bias & fairness, and human wellness
- Modules 9–11 handle governance processes: incident response, off-boarding, and copyright
- Appendix A is your onboarding checklist — complete it in your first 30 days
- Appendix B provides client-facing templates for AI disclosure
- Appendix C maps your governance controls to NIST AI RMF and AI 600-1

How to use this
Section titled “How to use this”New employees: Complete all modules in order during your first 30 days. Use the onboarding checklist to track your progress.
All staff: Complete annual re-certification by year-end. Review any modules that have been updated since your last certification.
Managers and leads: You’re responsible for ensuring your teams complete training and follow these policies on engagements.
