Pick the surface you use. Plugins run inside Claude Code, which is available in the terminal CLI, the desktop app on Mac and Windows, the web app at claude.ai/code, and the VS Code and JetBrains extensions. The slash commands are identical on every surface.
From inside any Claude Code session — terminal, desktop app, web app, or IDE extension:
-
Add the RBA Skills marketplace (only needed once per machine):
/plugin marketplace add rbaconsulting/rba-skills-plugin -
Install envision-toolkit:
/plugin install envision-toolkit@rba-ai-hub -
Activate it without restarting:
/reload-plugins
Prefer to browse and click? Run /plugin inside Claude Code to open the interactive plugin manager. It looks the same in the desktop app, web app, terminal, and IDE extensions.
-
Open the plugin manager:
/plugin - Press Tab to reach Marketplaces, choose Add, then enter
rbaconsulting/rba-skills-plugin. - Press Tab again to Discover. Search for
envision-toolkit, press Enter, and pick a scope (User, Project, or Local). - Run

If you have the Claude Code CLI installed and want to drive it from a normal shell prompt:
$ claude plugin marketplace add rbaconsulting/rba-skills-plugin
$ claude plugin install envision-toolkit@rba-ai-hub The next Claude Code session loads it automatically.
Overview
Envision Toolkit
The three deliverables that carry RBA's Envision phase: the stakeholder interviews that gather signal, the kickoff that aligns the room, and the findings deck that turns research into a recommendation a client leadership team can act on. Authored from Kassie Gibbons' Envision playbook and rebuilt as real Claude Code skills — structured inputs, a step-by-step workflow, an output spec, and a quality bar each.
What's in the bundle
| Artifact | What it does |
|---|---|
stakeholder-interview-guide skill |
Produces a tailored, conversational interview guide for one stakeholder type — warm-up, themed core questions with built-in follow-up prompts, standard closing questions, and a post-interview synthesis-notes section — exported to a branded Word doc |
project-kickoff-deck skill |
Generates a complete slide-by-slide script for a 60-90 minute kickoff, ordered against the RBA master template's layouts and boilerplate slides (cadence, risks, working norms, PM deliverables), with owner-and-date next steps |
envision-findings-deck skill |
Generates a slide-by-slide script for the Envision recommendations deck where every slide title states a finding or conclusion, never a topic, following the Context → Insights → Concepts → Recommendation → Next-Steps arc on the RBA master template |
When to use
- You are kicking off or running an RBA Envision engagement and need the discovery, alignment, or recommendation deliverable fast and on-brand
- You want interview guides that are comparable across stakeholders without being interrogative
- You need a kickoff deck that reuses the RBA master-template boilerplate slides instead of rebuilding them
- You are presenting research findings to client leadership and want titles that argue a conclusion, not label a topic
Brand tokens
The deck skills build inside the RBA master PowerPoint template (correct fonts, colors, logos, layouts). Brand tokens are not duplicated in these skills — reference resources/rba-design-system.md for colors, type, and logo usage when a deliverable leaves the master template.
How to install
claude plugin install envision-toolkit@rba-ai-hub
After install, the three skills appear in /skills/ and are invoked by name or by handing each its inputs.

Skills
- envision-findings-deck — Generates a slide-by-slide script for the RBA Envision recommendations deck — the phase's most important deliverable — where every slide title states a FINDING or CONCLUSION, never a topic. Follows the Context → Insights → Concepts → Recommendation → Next-Steps arc on the RBA master PowerPoint template, one insight per slide, with a three-reasons-why recommendation. Apply when the user has Envision research synthesized and asks to build the Envision deck, findings deck, recommendations deck, or readout, or says "present the research" or "build the leadership deck". Skip when the user wants a kickoff (use project-kickoff-deck) or interview questions (use stakeholder-interview-guide).
- project-kickoff-deck — Generates a complete slide-by-slide script for a 60-90 minute RBA project kickoff, ordered against the RBA master PowerPoint template's layouts and boilerplate slides (project cadence, risks, dependencies, how-we-work-together, PM deliverables). Apply when the user is starting an engagement and asks to build a kickoff deck, kickoff presentation, or kickoff slides, or says "prep my kickoff" or "build the kickoff for [client]". Produces a 12-14 slide script with owner-and-date next steps that the user pastes into Claude in PowerPoint to assemble inside the master template. Skip when the user wants an interview guide (use stakeholder-interview-guide) or a research findings deck (use envision-findings-deck).
- stakeholder-interview-guide — Builds a tailored RBA Envision stakeholder interview guide for one stakeholder type — warm-up, themed core questions with follow-up prompts, standard closing questions, and a post-interview synthesis-notes section — and exports it to a branded Word doc. Apply when the user is preparing Envision-phase discovery interviews and asks for an interview guide, a discussion guide, stakeholder questions, or says "write interview questions for [role]", "build a discovery guide", or "prep for my stakeholder interview". One guide per stakeholder TYPE, not per person. Skip when the user wants to synthesize completed interviews (that is downstream) or build a kickoff/findings deck (use project-kickoff-deck or envision-findings-deck).
