Install

Pick the surface you use. Plugins run inside Claude Code, which is available in the terminal CLI, the desktop app on Mac and Windows, the web app at claude.ai/code, and the VS Code and JetBrains extensions. The slash commands are identical on every surface.

From inside any Claude Code session — terminal, desktop app, web app, or IDE extension:

  1. Add the RBA Skills marketplace (only needed once per machine):

Overview

Case Study & Capability Writer

Turn completed RBA engagements into polished sales and partnership assets — without starting from a blank page. This plugin ingests project artifacts (SOWs, discovery decks, retrospectives, metrics exports) and produces client-facing case studies, internal win stories, partner-tier evidence packages, and award-submission narratives.

Designed for RBA's business-development and strategy teams. Every output is platform-aware (Sitecore, Optimizely, Umbraco, Azure) and audience-calibrated (prospect, partner programme reviewer, award judge).

  • case-study-draft — Drafts a full client-facing case study (challenge / approach / results) from project artifacts and supplied metrics. Produces a web-ready narrative plus a PDF-optimised one-pager variant. Works for any RBA platform engagement — Sitecore, Optimizely, Umbraco, Azure, or composable/headless. Apply when a project has closed (or is in hypercare) and BD or strategy needs a polished case study before the team disperses. Skip when you only need an internal win story (use win-story-brief) or an award submission (use award-submission-writer).
  • metrics-collector — Interviews the engagement team and structures raw project data into a reusable metrics register, ready to feed case-study-draft, award-submission-writer, and partner-evidence-package. Reads Azure DevOps exports, Jira exports, Lighthouse reports, and GA4/Adobe Analytics exports when provided as local files. Apply before drafting any case study or award submission when project metrics have not yet been formalised. Skip when solid metrics already exist in the project brief.

Faster and more candid than a client-facing case study — written for RBA colleagues who need to understand why we won, what we delivered, and how to position it in a proposal. Apply immediately after deal close or project go-live when institutional knowledge is freshest. Skip when you need a client-facing case study (use case-study-draft) or an award submission (use award-submission-writer).
