/onboard — Onboarding Generator Dispatcher

Dispatch to the right onboarding skill based on $ARGUMENTS.

Routing logic

Input pattern Dispatches to
developer / engineer / ba / qa / editor / client + project context generate-project-onboarding
stack-ramp / ramp / learn / technology + tech name stack-ramp-guide
ramp-path / 30 days / sprint plan / new joiner + role role-ramp-path
skills-audit / audit / skills gap skills-audit
review / check / validate + filename onboarding-reviewer agent
No argument or help Show menu (see below)

Behaviour

  1. Parse $ARGUMENTS using the routing table.
  2. State which skill is being dispatched to and why (one sentence).
  3. Read README.md to extract the project name and stack before dispatching, so the skill gets context even if $ARGUMENTS only specifies the role.
  4. Run the full skill methodology — do not shortcut.
  5. After any generate-project-onboarding, stack-ramp-guide, or role-ramp-path run, ask: "Run the onboarding-reviewer agent to validate the generated document? (yes/no)" If yes, invoke onboarding-reviewer on the generated file.
  6. If $ARGUMENTS matches two or more skills, ask for clarification before dispatching.
  7. If no argument is provided, show the menu below and wait for a choice.
