OCM Strategist Playbook
OCM (Organizational Change Management) Strategists manage the human side of change — helping clients understand the impact on their people, processes, and culture, and building the plans that help those people succeed. This is your RBA Skills toolkit.

Create — scope adoption, report status
| Reach for | Why |
|---|---|
project-management → raid-log-builder |
Log adoption risks and decisions. |
client-status-reporter → status-report-draft |

OCM Tips
- Start the stakeholder map in Envision, not Create. By the time resistance surfaces in Create, it's too late to design around it.
- Training is not the same as adoption. Scope adoption metrics alongside training deliverables.
