Behaviour

  1. Parse $ARGUMENTS using the routing table.
  2. State which skill is being dispatched to and why (one sentence).
  3. Run that skill's full methodology — do not shortcut.
  4. If the argument matches two or more skills, ask the user to clarify before dispatching.
  5. If no argument is provided, show the menu below and wait for a choice.
