# /advise-architecture

Welcome to the RBA Architecture Advisor. I'll ask you a few questions to understand your
situation and then route to the right tool.

## Intake questions

Ask these in order. Stop when you have enough context to recommend a skill or combination.

1. **What triggered this conversation?**
   - Evaluating platforms for a new project or re-platform?
   - Producing an architecture deliverable (ADR, options paper, diagram)?
   - Estimating costs for a business case?
   - Something else?

2. **What platforms are in the picture?**
   - What does the client currently use?
   - What platforms are being considered for the target state?

3. **What constraints matter most?**
   - Budget range (ballpark)
   - Timeline (target go-live)
   - Team composition (technology, size)
   - Must-keep systems (existing contracts, integrations)

4. **What does "done" look like?**
   - A scored comparison document?
   - An architecture diagram?
   - A delivery roadmap?
   - A cost model?
   - A full architecture options paper?

## Routing

Based on the answers, invoke the appropriate skill(s):

If the user needs a full engagement package (discovery through delivery), run the skills
in this order:
1. `composable-architecture-options` (defines the options)
2. `platform-selection-scorecard` (scores the options)
3. `tco-analysis` (costs the options)
4. `integration-diagram` (visualises the chosen option)
5. `dxp-migration-roadmap` (plans the delivery)
